well here i am in italy, devoid of capital letters as i cant be bothered with much grammar at the moment! am having a brill time here with shadowsandclouds witch, eating far too much including an inordinate number of biscuits - the famous aniseed ones for those who keep track - and dancing and tramping about the town i also studied in many many years ago..and being thoroughly jealous of na and mr m's nice, interesting, thought-filled life and good food. sigh. well na has been plotting and introduced me to a rather nice man already so you never know i might end up here too!!
OH YES!! we have also spent part of today buying fabric, na for clothes and me for patchwork, which is still getting me far more excited than it really shoudl for a normal person, but hey! i have also enjoyed singing papa dont preach and la isla bonita and open your heart (to meeee, baby i hold the lock and you hold the key) . na and i should be on the stage as we sing like angels, oh yes we do, angels who like the classic 80s album True Blue that is.
funny that its taken somethign so painful and horrible as separating from your husband to find life and laughter and fun. dont want that to sound like a direct assault on that person but really i havent laughed so much in years, or had someone laugh at me as if i actually am interesting and funny and not just the person who washes their pants!!!!
I was also told two days ago that i look 25 - it was dark - but that was nice too!
i want to add fotos here but cant make it work properly so maybe tomorrow!
